TLC was born from a simple idea: providers deserve tools that help them do what they're great at: care for patients. Traditional EMRs are built for billing, compliance, and administrative oversight, not for the humans delivering care to other humans. The result? Endless clicking, hunting for fragmented information, and hours of “pajama time” spent catching up on documentation after work.We built TLC, Tia’s custom EMR (Electronic Medical Record), to flip that model on its head. TLC gives clinicians richer context with less effort, integrates care across disciplines, reduces documentation burden, and brings the whole patient story into coherent simplicity. It’s an EMR designed to make providers’ lives easier so they can focus on what matters most: caring for their patients.
