We led a full-scale rebrand to bring everything back into alignment. From a refreshed visual identity and brand story to a unified system that stretched across ads, apps, signage, clinics, and clinical documentation, we rebuilt the brand to reflect what makes Tia truly different: medical rigor delivered with warmth, empathy, and humanity.

Tia set out to redefine women’s healthcare by bringing primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness together under one connected experience. As the company scaled — new markets, new clinics, new service lines, new digital tools — the brand needed clarity, consistency, and cohesion. We led a full rebrand across the organization, redesigning the visual identity, updating the voice and messaging, and building a flexible brand system that could stretch across ads, clinics, product, and care operations. The result is a brand that feels modern, warm, credible, and deeply human — a brand that reflects Tia’s mission and shows up consistently across every touchpoint from screens to spaces to clinical workflows.
